Sample all of our new springtime products! The products are only available in bundle form as they are not yet available individually via online orders. This bundle includes Berkshire pork from our new processor. The new processor, Mark's Meats, minimizes/eliminates the use of any additives and stabilizers in the sausage making / curing processes. We are really excited to be able to expand to their family run facility near State College, PA!
