Smoked, Spiraled Ham (Christmas Pre-order)
This is a pre-order for 2024 CHRISTMAS hams-- Thanksgiving pre-orders closed 10/16. The remainder will be due upon pickup or delivery. Price per lb is $6.95/lb and hams are typically 9-12lbs. They are all spiral cut.
Enjoy our natural, hickory smoked Berkshire hams! They are maple sugar cured, and delicious. This is the best ham on the market. BCF wholly invests in raising hogs that are natural and authentically heritage--smoked ham is one of the best ways to taste the superiority of heritage, pastured pork! With a firm texture, rich color, and clean taste, this ham can be enjoyed in many side dishes, with eggs, or by itself. It's so good, it shouldn't be called "ham." It's much finer quality all around.
