Examples of ground products: ground chicken, sage/sweet italian/maple sausage, whole-cow ground beef, hot dogs, ground lamb, ground goat, ground beef, etc.
Examples of slow cooking cuts: pot roasts, pork shoulders, lamb shanks, quartered or whole chickens, etc.
Examples of dry-heat cuts: bone-in pork chops, steaks, lamb loin chops, split duck breast, etc.
 
These are examples and not specifically what will or will not be included. Each box will have some of each plus the local products. Below are estimates of the amount of each to expect in a box. Subscriptions allow you to save even more, and they can be canceled at ANY time.
 
Mini: 2 pounds ground, 1 small roasting meat (2-3lb), 2 chops or 1 small steak, 1lb smoked bacon (can be belly, shoulder, jowl, or canadian).
 
2 person: 4 pounds ground, 1 roasting meat, 2 large chops , 1 large steak, 1lb smoked bacon (can be belly, shoulder, jowl, or canadian).
 
4 person: 6 pounds ground, 2 roasting meats, 4 large chops, 1 large steak, 2lb smoked bacon (can be belly, shoulder, jowl, or canadian).
 
6 person: 8 pounds ground, 3 roasting meats, 6 large chops, 2 large steaks, 3lb smoked bacon (can be belly, shoulder, jowl, or canadian).
